I used pubmed along with endnote and it worked great. I was able to import my references and citations. The more I use this program the more I like it.
I also used the clearing house search and it seemed to be a little bit harder on recruitment and retention. It's more like a research tool for disease and illnesses. But it was interesting, I put in the word Croup and I searched some articles. It was interesting to find out that Tamiflu in influenza has caused some delirium in patients. I haven't heard of that before. But the research showed there was enough studies to recommend the publishing. We have seen alot of influenza this winter that isn't A or B. We notified our infection contol nurse to follow up with public health and the CDC because we have seen so much.
I also like to use the CINDAL websites, but a subscription is needed. What websites do you feel would be worth the money? Because students don't have alot of that, my hours have decreased since starting school.

I think the money needed for using these references is a big issue. If we have a private pratice, we probably don't want to be spending money on that. The time it takes to get accurate and usefull information is also a problem.
We have had a bad winter for flu also. This year has kicked our butts!
